Pick up a Shelby Cobra at Mecum May 15

We know... you're bummed that our Mystery Cruise was postponed... if you need a boost to spice up your weekend you could pick up a sweet Shelby Cobra up for auction at Mecum at the Indianapolis State Fairgrounds Friday evening, May 15th:

When this Crown Jewel of American Racing powers across the auction block, Mecum anticipates the championship race car to garner the highest bid ever paid at public auction for an American automobile - eight figures and counting... possibly 10 to 15 million. The Shelby Daytona Cobra Coupe will be sold on live national TV Friday, May 15, 2009, at 8pm during the company's series, "Mecum Auto Auction: Muscle Cars & More," on Discovery Communications' popular HD Theater. (22nd Dana Mecum Original Spring Classic Auction, Indianapolis TV Schedule: Thursday, May 14, 7-11 PM ET; Friday, May 15, 7-11 PM ET; Saturday, May 16, 2-6 PM ET)

We wouldn't object to adding it to our line up on our next cruise. It would be in good company:
